Made with 95% Pale malt with a little chocolate, roasted barley, and dark cara malts.
Flavours of chocolate & liquorice. Hops; East Kent Golding’s for bittering, pilgrim and east Kent Golding’s for Aroma. Yeast BRY 97

Made with Pale malt, dark crystal and caramalt. Light refreshing, citrus on the nose
Hops for Bittering and aroma Cascade, citra and centennial. Dry hopped with Simcoe and mosaic.

Made with Lager malt for base and Munich malt & medium crystal for colour. Bittering hop is Tettnang. Aroma hop Fuggle. Yeast Abbaye . Strong farm house ale.

Made with Lager malt for base, Dark crystal, medium crystal, munich and chocolate malt for colour and flavour. Hops for bittering Dana. Aroma and flavouring hops are Tettnang and Junga.
Yeast BR 97 German ale yeast. Dark brown ale that has been stored similar to a lager style beer
